These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website jaivictor.com and the JaiVictor mobile application (together, the "Platform"), and every order you place through them.

The Platform is operated by Srinivasa Fertilizers & Pesticides ("Jai Victor", "we", "us", "our"), Sundar Raj pet, Kataram, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Telangana, India. GSTIN: 36BINPP4201N1ZW.

By using the Platform or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who may use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract.
You must provide true and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password confidential and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
We may suspend or close any account that provides false information, misuses the Platform, or breaches these Terms.

2. Products and pricing

Product images are for illustration. Actual packaging, pack size or labelling may differ as manufacturers update them.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order.
We may change prices, discounts and product availability at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown when your order is confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will inform you before doing so.
Products are subject to availability and stock limits.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and, for prepaid orders, receive payment.
We may decline or cancel any order — for example where stock has run out, a pricing error occurred, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we suspect fraud or misuse. Where you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Please check your order and delivery address carefully before confirming. Once an order is packed or dispatched it cannot normally be changed.

4. Payment

You may pay by UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking through our payment partner Razorpay, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Card, UPI and net-banking details are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never receive or store them.
For COD orders, the full amount must be paid to the delivery person at the time of delivery. Orders refused at the door after dispatch may result in COD being disabled for your account.
If a payment fails but money is debited, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Contact us if it is not.
For any credit extended on agreed terms, interest at 18% per annum applies to amounts not paid by the due date.

5. Delivery

We deliver within our serviceable areas in India. If we cannot deliver to your PIN code, we will tell you and refund any payment made.
Estimated delivery is [CONFIRM: e.g. 3–7 working days] from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — delivery may be delayed by weather, transport, festivals or events beyond our control.
Someone aged 18 or over must be available at the address to receive the order. Please inspect the packaging before accepting.
If a delivery fails because nobody was available, the address was wrong, or the phone number was unreachable, we may charge re-delivery costs or cancel the order.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us — we refund in full. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

Returns. Agricultural inputs are sensitive to storage, temperature and handling, and their quality cannot be verified once they leave our custody. For this reason, correctly supplied goods cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

This does not affect your rights where something has genuinely gone wrong. We will replace the item or refund you in full if:

the product delivered is not what you ordered;
the product arrived damaged, leaking or with broken seals;
the product is expired or past its shelf life on arrival; or
the product is defective or not of the quality described.

How to claim: contact us within [CONFIRM: e.g. 48 hours] of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product, the batch/expiry label and the outer packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is settled. Claims for transit damage cannot normally be accepted once packaging has been discarded.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for COD orders, normally within [CONFIRM: e.g. 7–10 working days] of the claim being approved.

7. Using agricultural products safely

This section matters. Please read it.

Always read and follow the manufacturer's label and leaflet — dosage, dilution, timing, protective equipment, and the safe interval before harvest.
Use products only on the crops and pests stated on the label.
Store products in their original containers, sealed, out of the reach of children, animals and food.
Wear appropriate protective clothing while mixing and spraying. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling.
Dispose of empty containers responsibly. Never reuse them.
In case of accidental contact or swallowing, seek medical help immediately and show the product label to the doctor.

Any guidance we provide — through videos, product pages, or our staff — is general advice only. It cannot account for your specific soil, water, weather, crop stage or local pest pressure. Where the stakes are high, consult a local agricultural officer or agronomist before applying.

8. No guarantee of crop results

We warrant that our products are genuine, correctly labelled, and within shelf life when delivered.

We cannot and do not guarantee any particular yield, growth, pest control outcome or financial result. Crop performance depends on weather, soil condition, water, seed quality, timing, dosage, application method, pest resistance and many other factors outside our control. Nothing on the Platform, in our videos, or said by our staff should be treated as a promise of results.

9. Member rewards programme

Registered members who complete a qualifying purchase may take part in our referral and rewards programme. If you take part, the following apply:

Rewards, commissions and gifts are earned only against genuine, fully paid product purchases that are not later cancelled, returned or refunded.
No income is promised or guaranteed. What any member earns depends entirely on their own effort and on actual product sales. Examples or illustrations of earnings are not projections and should not be relied on.
Rewards are earned by selling and using products — not by recruiting alone, and not by any payment for the right to enrol others.
Your position in the referral structure is personal to you. It cannot be sold, transferred, traded or inherited except at our discretion.
You are responsible for your own income tax on rewards received. We deduct TDS where the law requires it and issue the applicable certificate.
We may withhold, reverse or cancel rewards, and suspend or close a member account, where we find false or duplicate accounts, fake or reversed orders, manipulation of the structure, or any other abuse.
You must not make false, exaggerated or unauthorised claims about our products, the programme, or potential earnings when introducing others.
We may change the programme's structure, tiers, gifts or reward rates. Changes apply from the date announced and do not retrospectively remove rewards already properly earned.

10. What you must not do

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or resell products in breach of applicable licensing laws.
Create false accounts, impersonate anyone, or manipulate orders or the referral structure.
Attempt to hack, overload, scrape or interfere with the Platform or its security.
Copy, reproduce or reuse our content, images, videos, branding or product data without written permission.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform — the JaiVictor name and logo, text, product images, videos and design — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only to browse and buy on the Platform. Manufacturer brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including crop loss, loss of yield, loss of profit or business loss — arising from the use, misuse, storage or application of products, or from delays outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, without refund of rewards obtained through breach. Orders already accepted and paid for will still be honoured or refunded.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Telangana.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and applies to orders placed after that date.
